Store Manager Central London | Fashion Retail | Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus

If you're an experienced retail leader who thrives in an exciting fashion environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

We're looking for a Store Manager to take ownership of a high-profile store, leading the team, driving commercial performance and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

You'll be joining an established and growing brand, with a salary of up to £45,000 plus a strong benefits package and the opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, creating a positive environment where people feel motivated, supported and encouraged to develop.
  • Take ownership of the store's commercial performance, using your leadership and customer focus to maximise sales and achieve agreed targets.
  • Set the tone on the shop floor by demonstrating excellent service standards and ensuring every customer receives a memorable, personalised experience.
  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of the store, including budgets, KPIs and day-to-day standards, while identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Lead from the front in a fashion retail environment, balancing commercial priorities with team engagement, operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong retail leader with experience managing a store or retail operation, ideally in fashion, accessories or a similarly customer-focused environment.
  • Someone who understands what drives a successful store, from sales and commercial performance through to day-to-day operations, standards and team engagement.
  • A natural people leader who knows how to build, motivate and develop a team, creating an environment where individuals are supported to perform at their best.
  • A confident and credible communicator who can make decisions, take ownership and have honest, constructive conversations when something needs to change.
  • A hands-on, action-oriented individual who spots opportunities, tackles challenges head-on and is always looking for ways to improve the customer journey and overall store performance.
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently, while remaining collaborative and adaptable as the business grows and priorities evolve.
  • Positive, energetic and commercially aware, with the resilience and flexibility to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
