Store Manager | Fashion & Lifestyle Retail | £32,000-£37,000 + Bonus
Are you an experienced Store Manager or Assistant Manager who is passionate about developing people, delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive store culture?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager to join an established international retailer that puts its people and customers at the heart of its business.

The Role
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, developing your team and delivering excellent customer service alongside strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
- Creating a positive working environment where colleagues feel motivated and valued.
- Delivering excellent customer service and building lasting customer relationships.
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance.
- Leading by example and maintaining high standards across the store.
- Managing stock, visual presentation and day-to-day store operations.
- Recruiting, training and retaining talented colleagues.
- Taking ownership of commercial performance while maintaining a strong focus on people and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
You'll currently be working as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment, with experience of leading a team and contributing to store performance.

- Proven retail management experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for developing people.
- A customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellent service.
- Commercial awareness and experience of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Confidence using KPIs to understand performance and improve results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- A hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate a team and lead by example.
