Store Manager | Fashion Retail | Bristol | Up to £37k + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving fashion brand and lead one of its most high-profile stores.

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Store Manager to join an exciting, well-established fashion and lifestyle store in Bristol. This is a high-profile store where you'll have the opportunity to shape the customer experience, develop a talented team and play a key role in driving continued growth and success. You'll take ownership of the store's commercial performance, team development, customer experience and visual standards, with the autonomy to make a real impact.

The Store Manager Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll be the face of the brand locally, building strong relationships with loyal customers and new customers to drive engagement, sales and long-term loyalty. You'll lead and develop a high-performing management and sales team, setting clear standards and creating a culture where exceptional customer service and commercial performance go hand in hand.

  • Managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellent standards across stock, processes and compliance

  • Proven experience managing a strong management and sales team
  • A track record of driving sales and profitability within a flagship or high-profile store
  • The ability to motivate, inspire and develop people
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into action
  • An understanding of both local and wider business strategy
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
  • A passion for people, fashion, service, standards and results
