Are you an inspiring retail leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment?
We’re looking for an exceptional Store Manager to lead one of London’s largest and most exciting locations for a renowned skincare, fragrance, and beauty company.
This is much more than a traditional Store Manager role. The Stratford store is a flagship and pilot location, playing an important role in new initiatives, events, training, recruitment, and testing new programmes across the wider business.
You’ll lead a team of around 13–15 people, with the team growing significantly during the Christmas period, and take ownership of a high-volume, commercially important store.

About the role
- Lead, inspire, and develop a large retail team
- Drive commercial performance and achieve store KPIs
- Create an exceptional customer experience through service, product demonstration, and storytelling
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations and standards
- Coach your team to deliver consistently high performance
- Support new programmes, events, training, and recruitment initiatives
- Build a strong customer-first culture where your team leads by example
- Use commercial insight to identify opportunities and maximise sales
About you
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record of leading a high-volume store and sizeable team.

Previous Area or Cluster Manager experience isn't essential. What matters is your leadership ability, commercial understanding, and ambition to make a real difference.
