Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Store Manager. You will lead a retail team, driving commercial success while creating an exceptional customer experience. You will foster a culture of trust, coaching, and development, whilst taking full ownership of store operations and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the team through strong role modelling.
- Deliver outstanding customer experience and develop team potential.
- Drive team engagement, wellbeing, and performance through regular one-on-ones and recognition.
- Set daily KPIs and monthly productivity plans.
- Manage store operations, stock, and administration effectively.

Key Requirements
- Having experience as Store Manager within fashion, accessories, footwear, lifestyle, or health & beauty retail.
- Ideally having experience in larger or destination shopping locations.
- A strong customer-first mindset with experience in a consultative or one-to-one selling environment.
- Excellent operational management skills, including stock accuracy and loss prevention.
- A proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams to improve performance.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and store profitability.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
