Store Manager – Menswear
Luxury house - Department Store
Salary up to £70,000 + bonus
About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a prestigious luxury house within menswear. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in luxury clientelling, menswear, and team leadership.
You will lead a senior and established team, driving commercial performance while delivering an exceptional client experience in line with the brand’s heritage and values.

- Lead and develop the menswear team
- Drive sales, CRM, and long-term client relationships
- Ensure operational excellence across the department
- Monitor KPIs and commercial performance
- Maintain the highest luxury service standards
- Lead by example with a strong shop floor presence
About You
- Previous luxury retail management experience
- Strong menswear and tailoring background
- Proven clientelling and CRM experience
- Commercially aware with strong operational skills
- Humble, team-oriented, and relationship-driven
