We Norwegians

We Norwegians was founded in Norway and specializes in sustainable merino wool in retro-inspired, yet timeless designs that are meant to last.

As part of their expansion, We Norwegians has opened their UK Flagship store on the King’s Road, Chelsea in the Fall of 2024. A store manager is required to run the day-to-day operations of the store. You will report directly into and be supported by the brand’s UK directors, as well as the founders of We Norwegians from Oslo.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the store meets and exceeds targets
  • Customer service is of the highest standards at all times
  • Monitoring stock levels and analyzing sales/trends in store to react to, feeding back to store owners for future buying
  • Keeping the store in immaculate condition and maintaining a visually attractive store presentation / visual merchandising
  • Managing junior sales staff and training/hiring when needed
  • Keeping track of online orders and ensuring fulfillment is met on time
  • Running periodic stock takes and reporting
  • Driving creative marketing schemes

About You

  • Presentable, personable, and confident in dealing with all types of customers
  • Organized, proficient in Microsoft Office / similar programs
  • Ambitious and willing to grow and take ownership of a brand-new store
  • Previous retail experience required; we will consider candidates looking to take the next step in their career
