Store Manager – Luxury Jewellery | Lakeside
Up to £35,000 + Quarterly Bonus | Diamonds Factory
Do you know how to turn a great store into a high-performing one? Are you an experienced jewellery or luxury retail leader who loves developing people and creating memorable customer experiences?
The Role
Diamonds Factory is looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Lakeside store.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands premium retail. You’ll take ownership of the store’s commercial performance, lead and develop your team, and ensure every customer receives the personal, knowledgeable service expected when buying jewellery for life’s biggest moments.
You’ll be visible on the shop floor, supporting customers, coaching your team and creating an environment where people want to perform.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating and developing the store team
- Driving sales, conversion, average order value and store targets
- Coaching the team to deliver a consultative luxury sales experience
- Building relationships with new, returning and high-value clients
- Taking ownership of store performance and key commercial metrics
- Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards
- Managing stock, security, compliance and day-to-day store operations
- Developing strong product knowledge across diamonds, jewellery and craftsmanship

The Person
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years’ Store Manager experience within luxury retail
- Jewellery, watches or another high-value retail background preferred
- A strong record of achieving sales targets
- Experience coaching and developing retail teams
- Confidence working with high-value customers
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays
