Company Description

Hi, we’re Ace & Tate – and yes, we make glasses. But more than that, we make working here worth your while.

We are looking for a Store Manager in Central London, 40 hours.

What our Store Managers do

  • Lead with energy and purpose by driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive in-store atmosphere.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train to build a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and excellent customer care.
  • Drive performance by tracking KPIs and supporting the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team.
  • Manage daily operations by handling scheduling, inventory, and ensuring efficient workflows.
  • Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
  • Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, carrying out precise adjustments, and cutting lenses to specification.

What we offer

  • £35,550 – £51,000 per year based on full-time, plus up to 16% monthly bonus when store targets are reached.
  • Salary offered within this range depends on experience.
