Role Overview
As a Store Manager in your local Store, we want to use your product knowledge, ability to engage with customers, and your team management to help drive your store’s performance.
Responsibilities
- Utilize product knowledge and customer engagement skills to enhance store performance.
- Lead and inspire a team of Consultants.
- Ensure customers find the right sleep products with the help of sleepPRO™ technology.
- Be available during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays to maximize commission opportunities.
Requirements
- Accomplished Store Manager with coaching and motivational skills.
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and ability to embed values of being devoted, driven, and daring.
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and outstanding store experience.
- Ability to blend business management, commercial know-how, and team dedication to achieve financial, professional, and personal success.
