SUMMARY
As a key member of the Specialized UK Retail Team, the Store Leader plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding rider experience while driving commercial success. You will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - What You'll Do Day to Day
- Create and maintain a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for teammates, riders, visitors, and company assets.
- Lead the store to achieve and exceed agreed performance and service objectives.
- Oversee inventory and stock management, ensuring accuracy and effective reporting.
- Analyse performance data, identify opportunities, and implement actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with People & Culture to support employee lifecycle processes and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Recruit, develop, and coach teammates through effective onboarding, performance conversations, goal setting, and career development.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business.
- Champion the Specialized brand and values through every rider and teammate interaction.
- Manage store administration, including financial processes and reporting requirements.
