Store Manager for Premium Fashion Brand
At Antal International, a leading recruitment consultancy, we are looking to recruit a Store Manager for a renowned premium fashion brand, with opportunities for career progression into head office positions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the team, achieving commercial targets, and ensuring the brand’s values and standards are consistently represented.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyse results and implement improvement actions.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of brand image, product presentation, and visual merchandising.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations and team organisation.
- Maintain effective communication with Retail teams and Head Office.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably within premium fashion, luxury, or retail.
- Proven experience in team management and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for fashion and strong product awareness.
