We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Store Manager to lead our newest retail destination at Resorts World Birmingham. This is a high-profile opportunity for a commercially minded leader who is ready to make an immediate impact and play a key role in the continued growth of adidas retail.
What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your store, your team, and your commercial results. You'll create a culture that inspires performance, champions the consumer, and brings the adidas brand to life every day.
You Will
- Lead the successful launch and ongoing performance of our new Resorts World Birmingham store
- Drive sales, profitability, and productivity by delivering an outstanding consumer experience
- Lead from the front, spending time on the shop floor coaching, inspiring, and engaging your team
- Use business insights and performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve results
- Create a high-performance culture through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and development
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a talented team that reflects the energy and ambition of adidas
- Ensure exceptional execution of visual merchandising, operational standards, and brand presentation
- Manage store resources, scheduling, and staffing to deliver the right experience at the right time
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and commercially focused retail environment
- Partner with District and Retail teams to share best practice and contribute to wider business success
- Act as a true adidas Brand Ambassador, embodying our values and inspiring others to do the same

Who You Are
An experienced retail leader with a successful track record in store management
- Passionate about developing people and creating high-performing teams
- Commercially focused with strong experience delivering sales and profit targets
- Comfortable using data and insights to make informed business decisions
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the sales floor and close to the consumer
- Organised, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment
- A confident communicator who can build strong relationships at every level
- A role model for service, collaboration, and the adidas values
