Our Store

Specsavers Brighton London Road is a busy, customer-focused optical store offering a wide range of eyecare and hearing services. Our team provides professional eye examinations, contact lens services, dispensing and fitting of spectacles, as well as hearing tests and hearing care. We’re committed to delivering excellent patient care, expert advice and a friendly, welcoming experience to every customer.

What We’re Looking For?

Specsavers/Optical experience preferred but Management of at least a team of 15 people is essential. Optical experience is not the priority however significant Retail Management experience is required particularly someone with Regional or Multisite skill set.

A strong, experienced leader who can inspire and motivate teams across multiple stores.

  • Multi-site management experience, with the ability to balance the needs and priorities of several locations.
  • Commercially driven, with a strong focus on sales, profitability, KPIs and delivering outstanding business results.
  • Customer obsessed, with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience in every store.
  • An excellent people manager who can recruit, develop, coach and retain high-performing teams.
  • A visible and hands-on leader who enjoys being on the shop floor and leading by example.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands across multiple sites.
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to work effectively with colleagues, partners and support teams.
  • Data-led and performance focused, comfortable using KPIs and insights to identify opportunities and drive improvement.
  • A natural coach, who can identify talent, develop future leaders and create clear progression pathways.
  • Accountable and resilient, with the confidence to make decisions, solve problems and take ownership.
  • Adaptable and proactive, able to respond quickly to changing customer, commercial and operational needs.
  • Committed to operational excellence, ensuring high standards of compliance, processes and store presentation are maintained across all sites.
  • Collaborative in approach, working closely with Store Managers and wider teams to create a consistent culture and shared sense of purpose.
  • Passionate about Specsavers and our values, with the energy and ambition to help our stores and people achieve their full potential.
