Store Manager

You analyse business figures, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement the right actions together with your team. Your responsibilities

• Within your capacity as Store Manager, operate with an ‘owner’ mentality
• Lead, motivate and inspire the team to achieve store success
• Drive sales through individual targets and KPIs
• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent
• Coach lifestyle selling techniques to connect with guests and drive multiple-category sales and consumer loyalty
• Embody and promote the brand aesthetic and culture, ensuring a superior guest experience.
• Analyse KPIs and business drivers to derive strategic plans
• Ensure store standards and Company policy and procedures are upheld
• Provide training on product, promotions, initiatives and selling skills
• Act in the capacity of chair for employee meetings i.e touchbases, welfare, misconduct
• Liaise with centre management as required, i.e. job boards, private sale, promotions
• Build a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented work environment
• Collaborate closely with Area Management and internal stakeholders
• Be the point of contact for external stakeholders/contractors
