Role Overview
As Store Manager, you’ll take the lead at our Canary Wharf store in London, coordinating and motivating a team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Eye-catching window displays, smiling shoppers, and busy tills – you’ll be across it all, thanks to your keen commercial awareness and focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Juggle everything from reporting performance to handling store overheads, all while inspiring your team to maintain the highest retail standards.
- Your decisions will have a direct impact on the business’s bottom line as you steer your store to success.

Your Impact
Based at our Canary Wharf store in London and reporting to the District Manager, you’ll:
- Maximise sales and profitability through effective store management and excellent customer service.
- Guide and support our staff to maintain high standards in customer service and sales.
- Give clear directions to ensure our store achieves the brand standard in product presentation and merchandising.
- Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-quality team.
- Achieve brand standards in reporting, action planning, and business performance endeavours.
Requirements
- Around 4-6 years of retail experience.
- Approximately 2-3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching, counselling, and developing people.
- Qualification in Business Administration or related field (or two years' additional experience).
- Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, and people management.
- Impressive track record of delivering quality customer service.
