The Opportunity

Carolina Herrera have an exciting role as a Account Manager, on our counter in Edinburgh. The working schedule is based on 5 days a week, (37.5 hours), Monday - Sunday inclusive. A Puig Retail Brand Business Manager achieves sales targets whilst promoting Puig brands by delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipate their needs and exceeding their expectations. You will be accountable for achieving retail targets, whilst promoting Byredo, delivering a unique experience every time to customers, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations. As the Account Manager, you will increase the brand awareness and build customers loyalty, whilst maintaining the Puig retail excellence standards and those of the store group retailer you will be working in.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Previous experience in an Account Manager/ Business Manager/ Key Holder, Assistant store manager role
  • Previous experience within the Skincare or Beauty industry.
  • A positive mindset to allow for short notice changes of working schedules and flexibility to quickly adapt to a new working schedule is very important
  • The ability to quickly adapt to working with different promotions, product launched or activity unique to that store
  • The flexibility to adapt to working with the store team and on your own, you must be self-sufficient and motivated to work alone and be able to priority your workload
  • Embody the spirit of retail theatre turning fragrance consultation into personal storytelling
  • Are passionate about translating brand narratives into memorable customer journeys
  • Thrive in boutique environments where personalization is everything
  • Bring professional polish, confidence, and authentic enthusiasm to every interaction
