We're looking for an ambitious retail leader from a food retail or FMCG background who is ready to move into their first Store Manager role and relocate to the beautiful Channel Islands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of your own store, leading a sizeable team while driving commercial performance, customer experience and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
- Driving sales, service and store standards
- Managing stock control and product availability
- Delivering cost control and profitability targets
- Ensuring strong operational and process management
- Creating a positive, high-performing culture
What we're looking for:
- Current Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent within food retail or FMCG
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills
- Commercially aware with a passion for driving results
- Experience managing KPIs, stock and operational processes
- Ambitious and ready to take ownership of your own business area
