What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Drive sales performance and smash targets
  • Create a high-energy, positive store culture
  • Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
  • Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service

What we’re looking for

  • Proven Store Management experience in Optics (Preferred) or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
  • Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
  • Someone who feels at home with our values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, and constantly improving
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations
  • High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team

  • A confident leader who enjoys developing others
