We are seeking an experienced, people-focused Store Manager to drive success in the Christchurch region! What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive sales performance and smash targets
- Create a high-energy, positive store culture
- Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
- Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
What we’re looking for
- Proven Store Management experience in Optics (Preferred) or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
- Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
- Someone who feels at home with our values: tight-knit, down-to-earth, and constantly improving
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Confident in driving sales through honest, well-judged recommendations
- High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
