The Role
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to join this dynamic grocer that is unquestionably leading the market.
As a Store Manager within this phenomenal business, you will manage a team, engaging and motivating them to deliver the highest standard.
The Store Manager will provide excellent customer service while ensuring the best results in sales, productivity, cost control, and adherence to all areas of compliance.
They will make short and long-term business decisions and manage company property.
The Store Manager will work closely with the Area Manager in ensuring plans are in place for consistent forward development of the team and the store.

- Experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager within a fast-paced retailer
