The Role
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who can bring the brand experience to life and inspire their team to achieve ambitious commercial goals. Through passionate, visible and focused leadership, you will create an authentic and collaborative store culture centred around exceptional customer interaction. You will take ownership of the store’s commercial performance, team development, customer experience, visual presentation and day-to-day operations. You will lead by example, ensuring every customer receives a memorable and highly personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop a culture of exceptional customer service, from the moment a customer enters the store through to the completion of their purchase.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, leading from the shop floor and demonstrating the expected standards of service, styling and customer engagement.
- Build long-term brand loyalty through the in-store VIP programme, CRM and loyalty initiatives, personalised clienteling and engagement with the local community.
- Understand the brand’s values, identity and culture, ensuring these are reflected in every aspect of the store experience.
- Identify and implement creative commercial opportunities that increase footfall, conversion, average transaction value and repeat purchases.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure every team member understands the store’s performance targets, their individual contribution and the actions required to achieve the wider business goals.
- Review store performance regularly and introduce clear actions to improve commercial results.
- Ensure all visual merchandising directives from Head Office are implemented within the required timescales and to the expected brand standards.
- Maintain an inspiring, elevated and commercially effective shop floor that reflects the brand’s identity and seasonal direction.
- Ensure all team members understand the expectations and responsibilities of their roles and consistently follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure store rotas are completed accurately, on time and within the agreed payroll budget, while maintaining sufficient cover to meet business requirements.

Experience and Competencies
- At least five years’ management experience within a premium, luxury or contemporary retail environment, or a high-volume customer-facing business.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial results.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and retail reporting, CRM and point-of-sale systems.
- Highly sales-driven, results-focused and motivated by achieving ambitious goals.
- Proactive, approachable, positive and engaging, with the ability to inspire both customers and colleagues.
- A positive, entrepreneurial and solutions-focused attitude.
