As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Store Manager to manage our North Walsham store and support the day-to-day performance of our retail, logistics and warehouse operation.
This is a varied, hands-on management role and an opportunity to make a positive impact within a fast-paced, ambitious business that values teamwork, great service, and continuous improvement.

About The Role
As Store Manager, manage the day-to-day operational performance of the store and warehouse, ensuring daily activities are organised effectively and support the wider goals of the business. The role involves maintaining efficient processes across logistics, stock control, transport coordination, health & safety compliance, and team development, while leading from the front to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
This is a hands-on management role where no two days are the same. You’ll coordinate customer appointments, fitting schedules, and operational workloads, helping to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing installer diaries, organising stock and deliveries for upcoming works, preparing customer quotations and invoices, and leading both sales and aftercare activity.

You will also maintain high store standards, manage day-to-day payroll and fleet administration, support staff wellbeing and performance, and work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to support sales, marketing initiatives, and overall branch success.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced retail manager who combines strong organisational skills with a supportive, people-first management style.
You’ll Ideally Have
- Previous experience in retail management from within a similar retail environment
- Strong people management and team development skills
- Experience working with KPIs, operational performance, and process improvement
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using accounting and payroll systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- A commitment to high standards, safety, and customer service
