Store Manager Designate - Vision Express, South London

Where leadership meets premium eyewear and med-tech innovation.

Are you an aspiring Store Manager looking for your next career move? As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you'll support multiple stores, gain exposure to different teams and locations, and develop the experience needed to become a successful Store Manager.

As part of the global EssilorLuxottica group, you'll help deliver outstanding customer experiences while working with leading brands including Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada and Nuance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach and develop retail teams across multiple stores
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
  • Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance
  • Build the skills and experience required to progress as a Store Manager
