Store Manager Designate - Vision Express, South London

Are you an aspiring Store Manager looking for your next career move? As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you'll support multiple stores, gain exposure to different teams and locations, and develop the experience needed to become a successful Store Manager.
As part of the global EssilorLuxottica group, you'll help deliver outstanding customer experiences while working with leading brands including Ray-Ban, Meta, Oakley, Prada and Nuance.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop retail teams across multiple stores
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences
- Drive store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence and compliance
- Build the skills and experience required to progress as a Store Manager
