What You'll Do:

As a Store Manager Designate, you'll step into a vital leadership role, taking responsibility for the overall success of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team, including recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
  • Ensuring stock availability, efficient stock control, and accurate pricing.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries effectively.
  • Managing wage costs, safeguarding company assets, and driving profitability.
  • Maintaining an outstanding store condition, adhering to health and safety legislation and merchandising standards.
  • Setting and achieving sales targets while motivating your team to do the same.
