We're looking for a Store Manager Designate to support stores across London. This role is ideal for an ambitious retail leader who enjoys variety, thrives in different environments and wants to develop their career within a premium retail business.

What You'll Do
- Support and lead teams across multiple David Clulow locations.
- Drive performance through coaching, engagement and strong leadership.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and premium retail experiences.
- Lead from the front on the shop floor with customers and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards across operations, presentation and compliance.
- Develop colleagues through coaching and ongoing support.

What We're Looking For
- Previous retail management experience.
- Flexibility to travel across the London area.
- A confident, people-focused leader with strong emotional intelligence.
- Commercially aware with a passion for developing teams.
- Optical experience is beneficial but not essential.
