Company Description Perfect Getaways is a market-leading independent travel agency based in Cheshire and Merseyside, offering customers highly competitive holiday and getaway options from hundreds of operators. As an independent agency, Perfect Getaways provides an extensive range of travel experiences, including UK and overseas short breaks, package holidays, cruises, and tailor-made trips around the world. The company also offers additional services such as car hire and airport parking to create seamless travel experiences. Perfect Getaways is fully ABTA and ATOL bonded, ensuring customers can book with confidence and security.

Role Description The Store Manager role at Perfect Getaways is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Store Manager will manage staff performance, provide coaching and support, and ensure that service standards are consistently met across remote channels.

  • Collaborating with leadership to improve store performance and support business growth

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of creating positive customer experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally across remote channels and with diverse customers and team members.
  • Demonstrated Store Management experience, including supervising teams, managing targets, and overseeing day-to-day retail or travel agency operations.
  • Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring store processes, safeguarding assets, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Previous experience in retail, travel, or hospitality environments is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort with remote work, including proficiency with digital tools, booking systems, and online communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
  • Availability to work full time, including flexibility for peak travel periods and occasional weekend hours as needed.
