Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy airport retail store for a well-known, high-street accessories and lifestyle brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a dedicated team in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment, where every customer interaction counts. The brand is renowned for its vibrant, trend-led accessories and stylish, travel-friendly products, attracting a diverse and international customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain and enforce operational standards consistently across all areas of the store.
  • Drive sales, achieve store targets, and maximise commercial performance.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development of the store team to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Ensure full compliance with airport security protocols and operational procedures.
  • Maintain the brand’s visual merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the store reflects its vibrant, trend-led identity.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in fashion retail is preferred, but candidates from beauty, accessories, or hospitality with airport experience are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of the airport retail environment and customer expectations, including international and high-footfall traffic.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Additional Information

Candidates will need to undergo airport security clearance and provide five years of references.
