Hours: 9.30am - 5pm
Our client is a much-loved lifestyle brand known for beautiful designs, exceptional customer loyalty, and a warm, boutique shopping experience. We're seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead their Horsham team and drive performance in this key location.
About the Role
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, maintaining strong visual standards, and leading your team to achieve commercial success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident retail leader who thrives in a hands-on, customer-focused environment.

The Ideal Candidate
- Proven management experience within fashion or lifestyle retail
- Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Confident with visual merchandising and creating an inspiring store environment
- Passionate about developing people and stretching performance
- Solid understanding of KPIs, budgets, and gross profit
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
- Highly presented with strong communication skills and a positive leadership style
