We are Kiltane, an Edinburgh based brand specialising in cashmere and dedicated to creating easy-to-wear timeless luxury for everyday living.
We’re opening a new store in Glasgow City centre and are looking for a Store Manager to lead the team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in running a great store, enjoys developing a strong team and understands the importance of excellent customer service.
About the role
As a Store Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving performance and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service within the store.
Candidates must have
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in store management, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment.

About You
We are looking for an inspiring leader who embodies the values of luxury retail and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
You will demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence working within a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- The ability to set clear objectives and delegate effectively
- Initiative and creativity in driving performance and enhancing the client journey
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional level of client service
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Kiltane’s heritage, craftsmanship and values
- Drive sales performance and ensure the team consistently achieves targets
- Maintain impeccable standards of visual presentation across the store and back-of-house areas
- Ensure the shop floor is fully stocked and beautifully presented at all times
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
