Store Manager - Full-Time
SPAR Caherdavin is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Store Manager to lead our team and drive the continued success of our store. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic retail professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, food safety, and health & safety requirements
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and employee performance

- Previous management or supervisory experience within a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering high standards
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
