Are you an experienced Store Manager looking for your next opportunity in London?

- 40 hours per week, full flexibility required.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a Store Manager role within the retail industry is essential.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure an excellent level of customer service is provided in the store.
- Plan, implement and monitor actions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analyse and review management indicators and costs to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure merchandising standards are implemented and optimise selling space to maximise profitability.
- Be familiar with the collection and effectively manage stock to maximise sales.
- Act as a role model and promote effective communication within the team.
- Recruit, train and ensure the successful integration of new employees.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, supporting their growth and performance.
- Plan, organise, prioritise and distribute tasks, optimising resources and minimising costs.
- Ensure the effective management of all personnel administration duties.
