Store Manager | Premium Lifestyle Retail | Central London
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international lifestyle retailer for an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its flagship locations in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about developing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a large retail team to achieve outstanding results.
- Driving commercial performance through KPI management, sales growth, and profitability.
- Overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional standards across multiple product categories.
- Creating an engaging customer experience while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager (or equivalent) within a high-volume retail environment.
- A strong track record of leading and developing large teams.
- Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, sales, and store performance.
- A hands-on leadership style with outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

- £45,000 basic salary.
