The Role

As a Store Leader, you will take ownership of the overall store performance, leading your team to deliver exceptional results while bringing the Superdry, Vintage and Other Concession brands to life.

You will be accountable for driving commercial success, creating a world-class customer experience, and building a high-performing, engaged team. Working as part of the wider management team, you will play a key role in delivering the success of the store and contributing to the broader business.

You Will

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team, creating an environment where people feel empowered, supported and motivated to deliver their best
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience, embedding exceptional service standards and product expertise through your team
  • Drive commercial performance by achieving KPIs and targets, using insight and financial tools to maximise sales and profitability
  • Champion the Superdry brand and behaviours, creating an inclusive culture where individuality is celebrated
  • Collaborate with the wider management team and key stakeholders to deliver shared goals and store success
  • Continuously look for ways to evolve and improve the store experience, encouraging innovation and new ideas
  • Take ownership of your own development, proactively seeking feedback, learning and growth opportunities
