Store Manager – London
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join and take the lead at our second MR MARVIS store in London!
Availability: Full-time, including a weekend day
In this role, you confidently represent and bring our brand story to life for both your team and customers. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for reaching the shop’s commercial targets, while actively coaching and motivating the team to succeed.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Inspiring your team and customers with MR MARVIS’ values and carrying out the brand story as an ambassador
- Maintaining the overall look and feel of the store, both inside and out
- Organising events taking place in the shop
- Managing, coaching and motivating the shop team
- Being responsible for achieving the shop’s commercial targets
- Playing an active role in improving KPIs
- Hiring new style advisors and conducting job interviews
- Taking ownership of stock management and day-to-day administrative tasks
Who We Are Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience (preferably in retail)
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the MR MARVIS brand
- Possess a strong personality, flexible and representative
- Ability to co-lead, motivate, train, monitor and develop a team through active management
- Customer- and service-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tech savvy and can work a laptop
- Experience with KPIs and commitment to analyse and improve them at a high level
- Available 40h per week, including a weekend day
