As a Store Manager, you'll lead one of our inspiring showrooms, helping customers create their dream kitchens while building a motivated and successful team and driving sales performance.

Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience leading a team within a retail environment
- A proven track record in sales with exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership abilities to guide a team that’s motivated and empowered
- A creative approach and the flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work weekends
