We're opening our sixth store, in Greenwich, and we're looking for a Store Manager and an Assistant Manager to launch it.
We're not just looking for a safe pair of hands. We want people who are hungry for sales, thrive in a target-driven environment, and want their store to be the one the industry talks about next.
Our Brentford site — Europe's tallest self-storage building — is shortlisted at this month's FEDESSA European Self Storage Awards. Loughton, open barely a year, is in the running too. Greenwich is a blank page. Whoever owns it decides what it becomes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the launch and day-to-day operations of our newest site — from empty building to full store.
- Driving revenue through outstanding sales performance and team coaching.
- Building a culture of customer excellence and operational efficiency from day one.
- Learning the Greenwich market street by street and making STOREX the obvious choice in it.
- Playing a key role in shaping our business at a pivotal growth stage.
