Role Description
The Store Manager role at SUNNAMUSK is a full-time, on-site kiosk position based in the Reading Areas, United Kingdom. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including managing staff schedules, monitoring and driving sales performance, and ensuring an engaging, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Leading and coaching the team
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Overseeing stock levels
- Implementing retail loss prevention procedures
- Ensuring the team are coached, developed, and mentored
- Handling customer queries and concerns
- Traffic stopping, promoting products, events, and fragrance expertise
- Ensuring that store policies and performance targets are consistently met
The Store Manager collaborates with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives and contributes to continuous improvement in store processes and customer immersion and best-in-class experience.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and Communication skills for working with customers and leading a retail team.
- Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision and day-to-day retail operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and support secure operations.
- Experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage targets, analyze sales reports, and drive performance.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
