Want to join our superpower infused team?

We're on the lookout for an experienced Store Manager to join our brand new Harrogate Store opening very soon!

We're looking for someone who believes in our mission and will ensure our values are not just words on a page but a living, breathing part of working life.

As Store Manager, you'll:

  • Take full ownership of your store's performance from the sales floor to the stockroom.
  • Manage and facilitate the sale of our products, ensuring stock is well presented, marketed and sold to customers both in-store and, occasionally, over the phone.
  • Keep senior management informed of sales data and trends, bringing forward ideas and reviews that spot new opportunities for the store.
  • Make sure our window displays and visual merchandising are always current, relevant and appealing.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Team & Rota Management

  • Managing the weekly rota to ensure store hours are always covered, communicating this to payroll on the Monday before the last Friday of the month.
  • Training staff and keeping your own skills up to date across sales, stocking, inventory and customer service.
  • Leading the team by example, ensuring the team follow procedures around dress code, customer etiquette, safety and other requirements.
  • Drive sales, conversion, UPT and ATV through exceptional service.
  • Support the delivery of store KPIs.

Sales, Stock & Merchandising

  • Maintaining the store at optimum sales productivity - ensuring all items are in stock and properly displayed throughout the store and stockroom, and flagging inventory gaps to Head Office.
  • Devising new and relevant sales opportunities and driving sales initiatives.
  • Maintaining inventory.
  • Unpacking deliveries and putting stock away correctly in the stockroom.
  • Monitoring the sales floor to ensure it's always presentable, with sizes arranged in order.
  • Ensuring window displays and visual merchandising are updated, relevant and appealing at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
