Your mission
You’ll be leading our UK Retail across two different stores - Regent Street and Brewer Street - London is a challenging market with huge potential, and we need someone who sees that challenge as an opportunity: to grow the business, elevate both stores, develop the team and strengthen the TwoJeys presence in the UK.
You’ll lead a flexible team working across both locations, making sure we have the right people, energy and commercial focus in the right place at the right time.
We’re looking for someone who breathes TwoJeys and understands that our stores are much more than a place to sell product. Someone capable of building and developing strong commercial teams that are also genuinely connected to our brand, culture, music and community.
Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, you’ll take real ownership of the London market, constantly looking for ways to improve how we operate, how we sell and how customers experience TwoJeys.
Main challenges:
Team leadership & culture
- Lead, motivate and develop the team of 7 people across both London stores, creating a strong, positive and performance-driven environment.
- Build a flexible and collaborative team structure that can adapt to the needs of both locations.
- Organize schedules, shift coverage, holidays and day-to-day operational needs across both stores.
- Identify and develop talent, helping the team grow professionally.
- Follow up on individual and store performance, ensuring alignment with goals and company standards.
- Be a hands-on leader and lead by example through attitude, accountability and presence on the shop floor.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
