About The Role
As a Boots Opticians Hub Manager, you will be responsible for leading a group of 6-10 stores across the Worcester, Chisbury, Gloucester, Hereford, Evesham, and Stroud areas, delivering an exemplary customer experience through supporting customers to find the optical products and services best suited to help them with their eye health.
Leading a team based across multiple sites, you will have the opportunity to inspire, develop, and empower your dedicated leaders to look after the day-to-day operation within your stores to deliver a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.
You will effectively use data-driven insights to plan strategically across your stores to execute the commercial plan brilliantly and to build and maintain a robust succession plan of talent.
You will be required to travel between the stores within your hub and visit your stores daily.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will work collaboratively with the regional team and the Support Office to influence and drive change to optimize business performance.

What You’ll Need To Have
- Experience leading a team remotely across multiple sites
- Ability to travel across your geography
