STORE MANAGER / BUSINESS MANAGER – LUXURY & PREMIUM RETAIL

London
£35,000 – £45,000 + Generous Bonus & Commission
Full-Time | Permanent

We are currently recruiting experienced Store Managers and Business Managers for a number of exciting opportunities across luxury and premium fashion retail in London. We are looking for commercially minded leaders who can take full ownership of their business — driving sales performance, developing strong teams and delivering an exceptional client experience.

THE ROLE

  • Take full ownership of store performance, sales and profitability
  • Drive and analyse KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise results
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Set clear individual and team objectives and manage performance effectively
  • Deliver exceptional standards of luxury customer service
  • Build a strong clienteling culture and encourage long-term client relationships
  • Recruit, onboard and develop talent within the business
  • Oversee daily store operations, rotas, stock and visual standards
  • Work closely with senior management to implement commercial strategies
  • Act as a strong ambassador for the brand and its values

THE PROFILE

We are looking for established retail managers with proven experience leading teams and delivering strong commercial results. You will be confident with KPIs, people management, coaching, clienteling and business development, with the ability to balance operational excellence with a strong presence on the shop floor.

THE PACKAGE

  • £35,000 – £45,000 basic salary
