Store Manager | Destination Retail | London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus
Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an exciting and highly regarded retail business to recruit a Store Manager for one of its key destination stores in London.
This is far more than a traditional retail management role. The store is a destination in its own right, attracting customers and tourists who are looking for an engaging, memorable and genuinely enjoyable experience. As Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bringing that experience to life, leading your team to deliver exceptional service while driving strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities as Store Manager:
- Create an Exceptional Customer Experience: Lead from the front, ensuring every customer receives a memorable, engaging and consistent experience.
- Drive Commercial Performance: Take ownership of sales, profitability and key KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise performance.
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Recruit, coach and motivate your team, creating a high-performing and customer-focused culture.
- Own the Store Experience: Ensure the store is always presented to the highest standard and reflects the energy and identity of the brand.
- Drive Engagement: Create an environment that encourages customers to spend time in-store, return regularly and become advocates for the brand.
- Manage Operations: Maintain excellent standards across stock, compliance, Health & Safety and day-to-day store operations.
- Be Commercially Curious: Understand your customer, local market and competitors, using insight to identify opportunities and continually improve performance.

- Proven experience managing a high-volume or customer-focused retail environment.
- A confident and inspirational leader who knows how to engage, coach and develop a team.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to deliver against sales and KPI targets.

- Energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced London retail environment.
