Store Manager Opportunity

Are you an experienced Store Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager looking for your next challenge in fashion retail?

We are recruiting a Store Manager to lead a successful fashion retail store on Anglesey. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader who enjoys developing people, driving sales and creating an exceptional customer experience.

This is a hands-on Store Manager position where you will lead from the front, take ownership of your store and have a genuine impact on its performance.

The Store Manager Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store, leading your team to deliver strong commercial results while maintaining high standards of customer service and operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing retail team
  • Driving sales and delivering key commercial KPIs
  • Creating an outstanding customer experience
  • Taking ownership of store performance and profitability
  • Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
  • Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations
  • Maintaining strong visual merchandising and brand standards
  • Building a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
  • Working closely with the Area Manager to maximise business performance

About You

We are looking for a Store Manager who is commercially driven, people-focused and enjoys being hands-on.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, Branch Manager or strong Deputy Manager
  • A proven track record of delivering sales and KPI performance
  • Experience coaching and developing retail teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on results
  • Experience managing store performance and profitability
  • A hands-on leadership style with a genuine passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
