Are you an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Retail Manager with a passion for sports, fitness or an active lifestyle?
We're recruiting for a Store Manager to join a successful and growing sports retailer. This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who enjoys developing teams, driving sales and delivering an excellent customer experience.
As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the store, leading your team to achieve sales and KPI targets while creating an engaging environment for customers who share a passion for sport.

The Role
- Lead, coach and develop a successful retail team.
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Use your passion and product knowledge to engage customers.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations, stock and compliance.
About You
You'll have experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Retail Manager within sports retail, specialist retail or another customer-focused retail environment.
