The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Store Manager to lead our operations in London, England and take the customer experience to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring operational excellence.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reporting.
- Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, creating brand loyalty.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current industry trends.
- Fluency in English is a must.
