To support its strong development, OFFICINE GENERALE is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate STORE MANAGER to join our LONDON store team located in SOHO, Beak Street.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Drive business growth through exceptional client service, styling, and relationship building
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value
- Utilize CRM tools to cultivate and maintain a strong client book
- Identify opportunities for new business and client acquisition within the local market
- Analyze store performance and implement action plans to achieve business objectives

Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven culture
- Lead by example on the sales floor through active customer engagement
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities
- Ensure all team members embody the values and standards of Officine Générale
Client Experience
- Deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience for every client
- Build long-term relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up
- Act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge, craftsmanship, and the story behind each collection
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Maintain the highest standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Ensure inventory accuracy, stock organization, and loss prevention procedures are followed
- Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, payroll, and administrative responsibilities
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Community & Events
- Develop relationships within the local community to drive brand awareness
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience in luxury or contemporary fashion retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth
- Strong clienteling and CRM experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and customer service
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a local business
- Additional languages are a plus
