We are looking for talent! A leading footwear company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead one of our business units in London - Shelton St.

Role Mission
You will be fully responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff development. Your main goal will be to foster client loyalty, expand our brand presence, and spearhead daily operations with a 100% customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy: Set and execute sales performance goals to maximize store profitability.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and assess employee productivity and performance, driving their professional growth.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an orderly, pristine, and presentable appearance of the store aligned with brand standard.
- Operations Management: Oversee stock control, inventory, cash handling, and overall daily store operations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in store management (Store Manager / Assistant Manager).
- Education: High school education or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Customer-centric focus, proactive and positive attitude, empathetic leadership, and strong communication skills.
