🛍️ What do we need?

We are looking for someone to join our team as Store Manager at the Pikolinos shop on London Street.

Your role as Store Manager will be to ensure the smooth running and overall performance of the shop, leading the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience, meet sales targets and correctly implement the operational and visual standards set by the company.

📋 What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Select, coordinate, support and train the store team.
  • Monitor and follow up on store performance to ensure achievement of sales targets, pricing policies, profitability, cost control and stock accuracy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with product and merchandising policies.
  • Propose local marketing and communication initiatives to drive store performance and brand awareness.
  • Provide feedback on products, customer trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure the secure flow of cash within the establishment.
  • Analyse and manage store KPIs to drive sales performance and continuous improvement.
