Store Manager - Fashion Retail | East London

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Monthly Bonus + Career Progression

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Store Manager opportunity in East London with a fast-growing brand that is continuing to expand its presence across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager to take ownership of a high-performing store, lead a talented team and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

You'll be joining a fast-paced, high-turnover environment where leadership, commercial performance, team development and delivering an outstanding customer experience are at the heart of success.

The Role

As Store Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of your store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and strong commercial results.

You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive sales, develop your people and ensure operational excellence, while playing an important role in the brand's continued growth across London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and inspire the store team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Take full ownership of store performance, driving sales, profitability and commercial results
  • Create a high-performance culture through strong leadership, coaching and accountability
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards through visible and engaging leadership
  • Analyse sales data and commercial insights to identify opportunities and drive performance
  • Develop talent through coaching, succession planning and performance management
  • Ensure consistently high standards across all operational areas of the store
  • Work closely with senior and regional leadership to deliver wider business objectives
  • Champion brand values and create an engaging experience for both customers and employees

About You

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused retail leader who is passionate about people and thrives in a high-volume environment.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience as a Store Manager within a busy, high-volume retail environment
  • A proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong commercial results
  • Experience driving sales, profitability and customer experience
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • The ability to analyse data and translate insights into clear commercial actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business priorities
  • Energy, positivity and a genuine passion for retail and leadership
  • Previous London retail experience is highly desirable
