About The Job
As a Louis Vuitton Store Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand, leading the store team through inspiring, hands-on management and coaching. You will create an environment where excellence, collaboration, and client centricity are part of the everyday experience, while ensuring the store delivers strong and sustainable business performance.
In this role, you will lead the team to build meaningful and lasting client relationships, ensuring every client experience reflects the Louis Vuitton promise. You will identify business opportunities, translate them into clear action plans, and drive the achievement of store objectives. You will also oversee store operations and budget with rigor, agility, and a strong sense of accountability.

- Lead and develop the store team through coaching, feedback, and day-to-day support
- Foster an inclusive, high-performing, and collaborative team culture
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing relevant action plans
- Deliver strong commercial performance while maintaining the highest standards of client experience
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through the team
- Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Manage store performance, resources, and budget effectively
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to support talent development, recruitment, and succession planning
- Ensure the store environment is maintained to the highest standards and reflects the Maison’s image

Profile
- Significant experience in retail leadership, ideally in a luxury, premium, or service-led environment
- Strong client mindset and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate business insights into action
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Proactive, agile, and results-oriented, with sound judgement and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable managing operational complexity while maintaining attention to detail
